We hope to have MoneyHugger available for download during summer 2021.
What is MoneyHugger?
MoneyHugger is a mobile app soon available for download on the Apple and Google play stores to your smart phone or tablet. Players can scratch electronic scratch cards and play Keno to earn our in-app currency, MoneyHugger Bucks, and Raffle Tickets for use within the game. Players can then earn real money (USD) through the Daily Raffle, Community Chest 1000, and scratchers.
Our goal is to build a community where users can share financial, budget, and investment advice across our blog, while introducing a fun way to earn extra cash. There are several other “free”, “earn cash now”, “giveaway” apps, but our mission is to *ACTUALLY* give money and prizes away. We put our money where our mouth is!
Why are there so many ads?
MoneyHugger is primarily funded by advertisement revenue to allow us to give away REAL money.
When is the Daily Raffle drawing?
Drawings for the Daily Raffle are held 7 days a week at 8 PM (PST).
How do I withdraw my winnings?
Players can withdraw money by redeeming through PayPal or Amazon gift card.
How do I redeem my Amazon gift card?
An email with the gift card information will be sent to the address on the player’s account.
Is this legal?
Please refer to your local, state, and federal laws concerning sweepstakes and mobile application usage. MoneyHugger is NOT a pay-to-play or gambling app. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Is this considered gambling?
No. MoneyHugger is considered a sweepstakes, no purchase is necessary to play or win the games.
Do I need to report my winnings on my taxes?
All payees will receive federal tax documents; 1099-MISC forms will be distributed after the close of each tax year. Individuals must report their earnings in accordance with state and federal laws and guidelines. MoneyHugger LLC will be reporting all distributions to the IRS.
